This week on @screenlately we have Executive Producer, actor, writer Victor Richards of @spwgmovie The London-born Leicester-bred son of Barbadian parents who came to Britain in the 1950s, actor, writer, poet and storyteller Victor Richards has been perfectly positioned throughout his life to observe and commentate on the trials and tribulations, joys and sorrows of British West Indian culture. His first one man Windrush production STREETS PAVED WITH GOLD is a successful long running theatre play and 2021 marked the 25th anniversary of touring in the U.K. and internationally (Gambia, Caribbean, Japan, Europe). Victor has received recognition for his work such as BEFFTA Legend Award 2018, British Urbun Film Festival 2017 (nominee), Windrush Achievement Award 1998 (finalist).

I started going to the gym, 6 days a week, 90 days ago to work on my post-partum stomach after giving birth to 2 babies in 2 years. I was told it would take 4 years. 3 months later, as I look down at my abs, I’m amazed and proud of the work I put into myself.
