They say it takes 21 days to break / create a habit. I’ve been working out everyday for 22 days solid, and honestly, I’m going to commit to this for the rest of my life. It’s 1.5hrs a day each day where I’m just Clare. Not mum, not wife, not filmmaker, not mentor, not sister, not daughter. It’s just me for me. Meditation, sweat, music, progress, self care. Thank you to everyone in my stories, encouraging me on days when I’m sleep deprived, unwell or simply unmotivated. I still got it in. In life, we’re not always gonna wanna do everything we should do but that’s often the things we must do. Either way, be gentle with yourself ✨❤️
